We have worked on hundreds of projects for education clients, and understand the intricacies of the construction costs of these projects, as well as the unique owner’s budget, construction procurement, risk management and schedule drivers that go with them.We have a database of over 600 education projects in the Rocky Mountain region extending back over a decade, an estimating team experienced with difficult cost projections on these types of projects, and we recognize the political and logistical difficulties that these projects pose. We provide pre-bond and bond initiative support services, focusing on helping the owner define and disseminate their capital construction intentions and, ultimately, on successful passage of the bond initiative.
